Spring is almost here. Can you see the birds all around us? Except in very heavy rains, birds are usually out doing what they do – hunting and foraging, eating, preening, watching out for threats.

Paying attention to Bird Language is one of the easiest ways to deepen your nature connection and your relationship to place. As soon as you step outside, your senses are activated and you dial in. and out.

These virtual Bird Language sessions are opportunities to learn some of the core signals and sounds birds send to each other. Right away you will begin to understand and interpret what you experience in the world outside your home. With recordings and bird pictures, Sara will guide you through the basics of the spring season. After the first introductory session we’ll have a week to be outside and to listen on your own, then return to share insights and questions to land the learning home. Open to all levels, no previous bird knowledge necessary.

This event is fully booked.
